The King under attack/Ding Dong the Witch is DEAD!
by Tali Larden
This great nation has been under the threat of attack by the serial killer known as MU Nuchtchas for the past many months, well now we can finally rest. MU Nuchtchas has been killed. This is not glorious news as the way it happened, the assassin known as Chester Parks has struck again. He invaded the planet once more and set to attack the King. First he made sure to target the one who last stopped him, Nuchtchas. Much to his surprise the PLE Guard had just captured MU Nuchtchas and held her in medical. Parks killed this woman in her sleep with cowardice, steeling a rightful vengeance from many and most importantly MU Arsene Lupin who was promised the honor. Then he set to attack the King only to have our Nuchtchas step in and take the full brunt of the attack. Our great King was spared. When fleeing Chester stole King Simbaka Rafikin's Arwing, leaving the system without a trace. As said in Royal address Nuchtchas is set to lead a party to hunt the enemy.
New Klingon Rule? Do they not Trust us?
By Jeanna Carragher
The first official statement made to the PLE of the new Qang to the Klingon Empire came in an unfriendly way. The new Qang, a young male, M'Jar sent word to the PLE stating he was uninformed of our long standing alliance. When questioned officials supplied a copy of the written treaty, still unsatisfied M'Jar requested King Simbaka Rafikin make a trip to Klingon space to work this matter out. In surprise to many he accepted and will be sent along a contingent of Guard. Many of the people speculate that this move is a way to ensure the king's safety from Parks. Others think this a poor decision.
Births
Pale Raven was born by MU Nuchtchas just before her death. Nuchtchas has taken the child as her own and Pale revers Nuchtchas as her only parent. The Empire celebrates with glee for our Royal Knight. Pale is not just Klingon but believed to be Q as well as human. Who her other parent is has not and we are informed will not be made known. Pale is but a few days old yet is grown of age (19 human years). Join the empire in celebrating this event.
"The Roving Raver"
(music scene)
A night of female fronted bands! It is about time. Though the belt passageway was under construction making it difficult to get to the show once you arrived it was well worth the effort. Among the crowd were the eccentric well known in the south district and a large lesbian crowd. As we jammed to the headlining band Gutter Poet it was clear female music was here to stay.
Saturday on the lower level of SB23 an impromptu Rave was thrown in one of the storage rooms. DJ Chris pumped out the tunes with a strong beat and a steady rhythm. The energy pumped and the party played on. Dancing was it's finest on SB23 last night, a true expression of youth.
