Physical Appearance: A large lion.

History: Aslan's history is quite well known in the Empire as well as throughout the known galaxies, as He stands as a deity for many. Son of the Emperor-Over-the-Sea, Aslan always comes from the East, the Lands Beyond, and visits His people in a very real and personable way. It is said that in a time of Darkness, He allowed Himself to be sacrificed to save His people. Since then, Aslan has come to stand for the forces of Light and all manner of goodness. Many Pridelandians feel a deep, personal connection with Aslan, though He appears to the people but rarely. Even the Kings have gone many, many years without seeing Him, or even hearing a rumor of His appearance. Religious traditions involving the worship of Aslan are mostly prayer to Him and invocation of His name in the form of vows and oaths. He does not demand sacrifices, only the performance of good deeds and possession of the traits He considers worthy: righteousness, peacefulness, determination, willingness to perform acts of loving kindness, and bravery. Aslan's exact powers and abilities are unknown.
